What is Space NK ?
Founded in 1991, Space NK first opened its doors in Covent Garden in 1993, selling fresh smoothies, independent fashion
labels and hard-to-find beauty treasures from emerging international brands such as Diptyque, By Terry and Nars. Word
soon spread, and more stores offering the very best in beauty opened across the UK and Ireland. Today there are 67 stores
and a further 29 in the US.

①What a cheerful and welcoming staff at Regents Street branch. Melanie and Tobis were wonderful and very helpful in helping me find the right products.
②I visited space nk (Sloane Square) yesterday evening just to check if they have the product I was looking for before closing hours. I was welcomed by a very friendly and attentive employee who was so keen to help me to find the product and ranged another store to make sure the product is put on hold. It was very kind and genuine customer service and she made my evening by this effortless seamless customer service.

④I am not really sure what are people complaining about. I had zero problems ordering and the parcel arrived within 48 hours to the foreign country despite Brexit and covid and the purchased item was out of stock :o. I was worried after reading terrible reviews and it all went super smoothly.
⑤Thank you to Julia M and staff for honest, practical tour through skin care and cosmetics in the Prince Street New York store. Went with friend from the UK and the staff offered tips and their favorite products to try. Beautiful face cleanser, day cream and fragrances purchased. They could not have been more accommodating, even after I got home and exchanged something via mail from Philly. Way to go to not be intimidating in world of skin care and cosmetics!
