What is Simons ?
Simons is the name of a great family that can be heard today from sea to sea. Their story is of an unconditional love for fashion, a tale that started in Quebec City in 1840 and that has continued ever since.
La Maison Simons, commonly known as Simons, is a fashion retailer in Canada, headquartered in Quebec City, Quebec. It is a family business currently operated by Richard and Peter Simons. The business was established in 1840 by the son of a Scottish immigrant to Quebec as a dry goods store.

③After having shopped in store many times, I recently ordered two items online. I was extremely impressed with how fast my package arrived (under 48 hours for standard shipping). I requested the items to be gift wrapped and I found out that this request also included the removal of the portion of the price stickers which indicated the prices—a thoughtful (and very necessary) thing that a lot of high street stores don’t do!
④Great selection and quality. Fast delivery and if you choose gift as an option it is beautifully packaged in a glossy green box with tissue, a sticker and ribbon. I’ve ordered many times from Simons and have never been disappointed.
⑤I’m quite surprised of the bad reviews. Simons is my go to store for absolutely everything and out of maybe 100 orders i’ve only been disappointed once. Customer service is great, shipping is quick, and they have a great selection of clothes, designers, home decor. They have been struggling a bit with order processing time because of the pandemic, but I consider this a minor issue compared to all the positive there is to aay about the company. I 100% recommend ordering from Simons to everybody.
