the flight was on time and per usual the staff was very friendly. The plan was in clean condition, the legroom was ok.

From start to finish including my luggage being lost….jet blue provided A+ service. Everyone is professional,friendly and helpful. The seats are comfortable and in flight service is awesome. Plus I love the tv screens on the back of every seat. I will only fly JETBLUE!!!!!

My JetBlue experience was the best of all domestic flights. I was on an A320 from Albany (ALB), to Miami/Fort Lauderdale (FLL). The IFE Screens were amazing, the food was excellent, the legroom was perfect, and overall, the staff were nice. 5 Stars.

We missed our flight. Totally our fault and JB rebooked us for the following day free of charge. Once we checked in, they upgraded our seats. Overall this has been an excellent experience. On JB, you still receive free refreshments and they have free Wi-Fi. This came in handy since our travel agent canceled our hotel and we had to book something else mid flight. The FA’s are friendly and polite. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Sold on this airline-will be traveling with them again!
⑤The Mint Experiece is really worth it.
I am so glad I gave this airline a chance – first time flying JetBlue and no regrets. My family and I were a group of 5 people travelling on Mint from London to NYC and back and had a lovely experience. The planes are new so the cabin is lovely, seat is brand new, stylish and clean. The food is interesting and better than United or British Airways business class. The service was nice enough by western standards. The only two things I’d mention is 1.) drinks selection needs improving and 2.) these guys need lounges. But not enough to knock off a star because I was super happy with the value and the entire mint experience. I will definitely fly with them again.
