I have ordered many times from zalando lounge and always a happy customer but unfortunately today i have got my packet and the one Product i.e. Michael Kors bracelet is empty nothing inside the neatly packed packet. I see so many negativ ratings here, I am really surprised, so I decided to leave my experience here too. I order pretty often from zalando lounge, and everything comes within the timeframe they indicate at the offer. Also return went very smooth so far, I have nothing to complain about.
Once I had problem with the delivery company, as they basically lost my package. I contacted them first but they didn’t come back to me. So I also reached out to zalando and they right away sent me the money back, although it was the delivery company’s fault.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
